By Train

The most popular and picturesque way to get there is by train from the Cais do Sodré station in central Lisbon. The trip takes about 40 minutes and the final station is Cascais. Once at Cascais station, Praia da Conceição is literally a two-minute walk away. If we prefer the comfort of a car, we can take the A5 from Lisbon, which will take us directly to Cascais in about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once in Cascais, finding parking near the beach can be a challenge, especially during the high season. There are several paid parking lots nearby, such as the Marina de Cascais Parking or the Cascais Market Parking, although they tend to fill up quickly. We advise arriving early or considering parking options a bit further away and enjoying a pleasant walk through the town.
