From the city of Murcia, the journey takes approximately 50-60 minutes via the A-30 motorway towards Cartagena, then taking the exit towards Mazarrón via the RM-3 or RM-23. Once in the municipality of Mazarrón, you just have to follow the signs towards Puerto de Mazarrón and, from there, the signage to Playa del Mojón. The beach has parking areas nearby, which makes parking easier, although in high season it can be a bit more difficult to find a spot right next to it, so we recommend arriving early.

By Public Transport

If you prefer public transport, you can take a bus from the city of Murcia to Mazarrón or Puerto de Mazarrón. From the Puerto de Mazarrón bus station, Playa del Mojón is within walking distance or a short taxi or local bus ride away, if the local line connects to the area. It's a viable option, though less flexible than your own car.
