How to Get to Playa del Litoral

Getting to Playa del Litoral is surprisingly easy, making it a very attractive option for many. Its location in Sant Adrià de Besòs, a stone's throw from Barcelona, allows for various transportation options, adapting to each of our preferences.

By Public Transport

If we opt for public transport, which is most recommended to avoid parking problems, we have several excellent alternatives:

• Tram (Trambesòs): This is, without a doubt, one of the most comfortable and direct ways to get there. Lines T4 (from Ciutadella | Vila Olímpica), T5 (from Glòries or Sagrada Família, with a transfer), and T6 (from Glòries) will drop us off very close. The stops 'El Maresme | Fòrum' or 'Sant Ramon de Penyafort' are the closest, just a few minutes' walk from the sand. It's an option that allows us to enjoy the urban landscape as we approach the coast.
• Metro: Although there isn't a metro stop right on the beach, we can take the L4 (yellow) line to 'El Maresme | Fòrum'. From there, it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk or we can make a short transfer with the tram.
• Bus: Several TMB (Barcelona Metropolitan Transport) bus lines have stops near the beach, connecting it with different points in Barcelona and the metropolitan area. Lines H16, B20, and B23 are some of the ones that get us closest.

By Car

If we prefer to go by car, Playa del Litoral is accessible via the Ronda Litoral (B-10), taking exit 24 (Diagonal Mar / Sant Adrià de Besòs). Once there, we will find parking areas, although we must consider that, especially in high season, they can be quite busy and are usually paid (blue zones or underground parking). We always recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.

By Bicycle

For two-wheel lovers, the bike lane that runs along the Barcelona coastline extends to Sant Adrià de Besòs, offering a fantastic and safe route to reach the beach. It's an ecological and very pleasant way to enjoy the journey, with sea views for much of the route.
