How to Get to Playa del Codonyol

By Car

If you are coming from the north (Tarragona, Barcelona) or from the south (Valencia, Castellón), the most direct way to get there is via the AP-7 motorway. You should take exit 41 (Amposta/Sant Carles de la Ràpita/Alcanar) and follow the signs towards Les Cases d'Alcanar. Once in the village, the beach is well signposted and easy to find. There are parking areas nearby, some free, although in high season they can fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early if you want a good spot.

By Public Transport

Although the car is the most comfortable option, it is also possible to get there by public transport. Alcanar and Les Cases d'Alcanar have bus connections with nearby towns like Sant Carles de la Ràpita and Amposta, which in turn are connected to larger cities.
