If we come from the A-8 (Cantabrian Motorway), the most convenient exit will be the one leading to Viveiro or O Vicedo, depending on our direction. Once on the local road LU-862, which runs along the Lugo coast, we will find the indicated turn-offs towards Playa de Xilloi. The road infrastructure is adequate, with paved roads leading to the vicinity of the beach. Don't expect major highways, but rather secondary roads that wind through rural and coastal landscapes, offering a preview of the beauty that awaits us.

Regarding parking, Playa de Xilloi has a designated parking area nearby, which is a great advantage, especially in the summer months when attendance is higher. This parking usually has sufficient capacity to accommodate a good number of vehicles, thus avoiding the complications of searching for parking that we often find in other more crowded beaches.
