If we come by car, which is the most common and comfortable option, we must head to the municipality of Noja, in Cantabria. From Santander, the journey takes approximately 45 minutes via the A-8 motorway, taking the exit towards Noja. Once in the town, the signs to the beach are clear and will guide us without difficulty.

Parking

The beach has several parking areas, some of them free and others paid, especially during the high season. We recommend arriving early in the summer months to secure a good spot, as the influx of visitors is considerable. There are parking lots near the different beach access points, which makes transporting our belongings easier. Noja, in general, is well-prepared to receive tourists, and the parking infrastructure has been improved over the years to meet the demand of visitors seeking to enjoy this wonderful Noja beach.

Public Transport

For those who prefer public transport, there are bus lines connecting Noja with Santander and other nearby towns, such as Laredo or Santoña. Although the frequency may be lower outside the summer season, it is a viable option to arrive without worrying about parking. Once in the center of Noja, Playa de Trengandín is accessible on foot, although its size may make us prefer a taxi or a short walk if we are carrying a lot.
