How to Get to Playa de Trece

From Camariñas, you should take the road towards Vilán Lighthouse and then follow signs to the beach or the English Cemetery, which is very close by. The roads are narrow in some sections but are in good condition.

Once nearby, you'll find a parking area (often a cleared area or informally designated spot) where you can leave your vehicle. From there, access to the sand is usually on foot, via paths or wooden walkways that guide you through the dunes, always respecting the local flora. It's important to consider that, as it's a largely undeveloped beach, public transport is very limited or non-existent, so a car is practically essential to enjoy it comfortably.

• Summer (June to September): This is the ideal time if your goal is to swim and enjoy the sun. The days are longer and warmer, and the chance of good weather is higher. Also, this is when lifeguard service is usually available. Even so, the wind can be constant, so it's advisable to bring a windbreaker or windbreak.
