Once in Birżebbuġa, we will find several parking areas, both free and paid, near the beach, although during the summer months or on weekends it can be a bit more challenging to find a free spot. It is always advisable to arrive early to secure a good place.

By Public Transport

Malta has an efficient network of public buses connecting almost all points on the island. From Valletta, we can take bus lines heading to Birżebbuġa, such as the 80 or 82. The bus ride is an excellent way to observe the Maltese landscape and is very economical. The bus stop closest to St. George's Bay Beach is just a few meters from the sand, making access easy even if we are loaded with towels and coolers. For those who enjoy a bit of exercise, it is also possible to arrive by bicycle from nearby towns, although the inclines and summer heat should be considered.
