How to Get to Playa de Son Xoriguer

If we're coming from Ciutadella, the most common and comfortable option is by car. The journey is short, just 10-15 minutes, and the road is well signposted. We just need to follow the signs towards Cap d'Artrutx or Cala en Bosch, as Son Xoriguer is located between both locations. For those who prefer public transport, there is a regular bus line connecting Ciutadella with the Son Xoriguer/Cala en Bosch area, with stops very close to the beach.

From Menorca Airport (Mahón)

For those landing at Mahón airport, the journey is longer, approximately 45-50 kilometers, which translates to about 45 minutes by car. We can choose to rent a vehicle directly at the airport, take a taxi, or use one of the shuttle services connecting the airport with the main tourist areas of the island. Our recommendation is to rent a car if we plan to explore the island, as it will give us unparalleled freedom to discover every corner of Menorca.

Even in high season, with a little patience, it's always possible to find a spot to leave our vehicle and enjoy the beach without worries.
