How to Get to Playa de Santa Cristina

Getting to Playa de Santa Cristina is a fundamental part of the experience. We will guide you so your access is as comfortable as possible. This beach is located about 3 kilometers south of the center of Lloret de Mar, in the direction of Blanes. Although it is well signposted, its final access involves a small descent that protects it from wind and waves, contributing to its atmosphere of calm.

By Car

For us, the car is usually the most practical option. From Lloret de Mar, we take the GI-682 road towards Blanes. After passing the Santa Clotilde Gardens, we will find the signs for Playa de Santa Cristina. There is a paid parking lot right at the top of the cliff, which is a great advantage on the Costa Brava. From the parking lot, a shaded and slightly steep path leads us directly to the sand. It's a short and pleasant walk, but we must consider that in high season the parking lot can fill up quickly, so we recommend arriving early to secure a spot.

On Foot or by Bicycle

For the more adventurous, Playa de Santa Cristina is accessible on foot or by bicycle. There are signposted trails that are part of the Camí de Ronda, offering spectacular views of the coastline. It's a moderate-intensity hike, but the reward of reaching this beach justifies the effort. We love the idea of combining physical activity with scenic beauty.

By Public Transport or Boat

Although there is no regular bus line that goes directly to the beach, during the summer months, some local transport companies offer shuttle services from the center of Lloret.
