How to Get to Playa de Santa Amalia

By Car

If we come by car, the A-7 highway (Autopista del Mediterráneo) is the main access route to Fuengirola from any point on the Costa del Sol. Once in the municipality, the beach is right next to the famous Castillo Sohail, at the western end of the promenade. Finding parking, especially in high season, can be a challenge. However, there are several options:

• Underground public parking: There are paid parking lots near the center and the port, a short walk from the beach.
• Surface parking: Although more limited, spots can sometimes be found on the streets adjacent to the promenade.
• Regulated parking zones: The blue and green zones offer paid parking for a limited time.

By Public Transport
