How to Get to Playa de Sa Ràpita

Getting to Playa de Sa Ràpita is relatively straightforward, and the options vary depending on our starting point and preferences. The beach is located in southern Mallorca, in the municipal area of Campos, and is well-connected to the island's main towns.

By Car

The most comfortable and flexible option for most visitors is by car. If we're coming from Palma de Mallorca, the capital, the journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes, covering about 35 kilometers. We need to take the Ma-19 towards Llucmajor/Santanyí and then turn off towards Campos. Once in Campos, we follow the signs to Sa Ràpita. The road is good and the typically Mallorcan landscape, with fields of almond and carob trees, will accompany us during the trip. It's important to consider that, during the high season, parking can be a challenge. There are paid parking areas near the beach, which is a good option to secure a spot, but we recommend arriving early to avoid complications.

By Public Transport

Although the car offers more freedom, we can also reach Sa Ràpita by bus. From Palma, there are bus lines connecting to Campos, and from there, other local lines that take us directly to the Playa de Sa Ràpita area. However, the frequency of buses, especially outside the high season, can be limited, so it's advisable to check the updated timetables of Mallorca's public transport network (TIB) in advance. This option is more economical and allows us to relax without worrying about parking.

By Bicycle
