How to Get to Playa de los Baños del Carmen

Getting to Playa de los Baños del Carmen is relatively easy, although as in many coastal areas, parking can be a small challenge in high season. However, its proximity to the center of Málaga and good connections make it accessible to everyone.

By Car

If you're coming by car from the center of Málaga, the most direct route is to take the Paseo Marítimo Pablo Ruiz Picasso heading east. The beach is located just after the Pedregalejo neighborhood. You'll see the iconic structure of Los Baños del Carmen on your right, next to the road. The main problem is parking. There are some parking spaces on the road itself (Avenida Salvador Allende) and on adjacent streets, but they tend to fill up quickly, especially on weekends and in summer. Our recommendation is to arrive early or consider other transport options.

By Public Transport

The city bus is an excellent option for getting to Playa de los Baños del Carmen. Several lines of the EMT (Empresa Malagueña de Transportes) have stops very close to the spa. Lines 3 and 11, for example, will drop you off just meters from the entrance. They are very frequent lines and connect directly with the center of Málaga and other important areas of the city. On Foot or by Bicycle
