If we come from the center of Denia, we must take the Las Marinas road (CV-721), which runs parallel to the coast. The beach is located about 7-8 kilometers north of the urban center, so a car journey is the most comfortable and fastest option. The signage is clear and we won't have any problems finding it.

By Car

The most popular option is, without a doubt, the car. The Las Marinas road will take us directly to the beach area. Along the way, we will find various entrances and signed accesses to the beach. One of the great advantages of l'Almadrava is that, unlike other more central beaches, it usually has free parking nearby, on the streets adjacent to the beach or in designated areas, especially outside the high season. During the summer months, although the influx is greater, the beach's extension and the distribution of housing make it easier to find a spot, though it sometimes requires a bit more patience. We recommend arriving early in the morning to secure a good spot and enjoy the morning tranquility.

By Bus

For those who prefer not to use a car, Denia has an urban bus service that covers the Las Marinas route. This line has several stops along the road, and some of them will leave us very close to the accesses to Playa de l'Almadrava. It's an excellent option if we are staying in Denia city or in another area of Las Marinas and want to forget about parking. The frequency of buses is good during the summer season, although it is always advisable to check the updated schedules.

By Bicycle or Walking

It's the ideal time if you are looking for relaxation, tranquility, and to enjoy the natural beauty of the beach in a serene atmosphere. You can walk along the shore, read a book in the sun without crowds, and enjoy the local gastronomy more calmly. Accommodation prices are also usually more economical.

Early Summer (June)

June is an excellent month to visit. The climate is fully summery, with hot sunny days, and the sea water is already at a very pleasant temperature for prolonged bathing. The influx of people begins to increase, but it still doesn't reach the peaks of July and August. The beach services, like the chiringuitos and lifeguard service, are already in full operation. It's a good balance between good weather, services, and less overcrowding than in the heart of August.
