From Tirana by Car

If you leave from the city of Tirana, you will need to take the road heading west towards the coast. The most common route will take you through the city of Kavajë or its surroundings. Once in Kavajë, follow the signs towards the coast. Playa de Carinë is located in a more rural area, so we advise using a GPS or a maps application to ensure the exact path. Don't expect large tourist signs, which, in our opinion, is part of its appeal.

Public Transport

Direct public transport options to Playa de Carinë are limited. It is possible to take a bus (furgon) from Tirana to Kavajë, which is a nearby and larger city. From Kavajë, you would need to arrange a local taxi or a shared ride to get to the beach. This option is more economical but requires more planning and patience. If you seek maximum comfort, a private car is, without a doubt, the best choice to fully enjoy the Playa de Carinë beach.
