The journey from Barcelona is approximately an hour and a half, while from Girona city it's about 30-40 minutes.

We can also opt for public transport; there are bus lines connecting Platja d'Aro with Girona and other nearby towns, as well as with Girona-Costa Brava Airport, which is about 30 kilometers away.
