The road trip from Havana takes approximately two and a half to three hours, and from Viñales, about an hour and a half.

The ferry ride is short, about 30 to 40 minutes, and from the boat we can already begin to glimpse the turquoise hues of the sea that await us. We'll enjoy sunny days with clear skies, perfect for enjoying the beach and water activities.

It's advisable to avoid the rainy and hurricane season, which runs from June to November. Although rains usually come in the form of short tropical showers, the possibility of stronger storms or even hurricanes is higher, which could affect our travel plans and the beach experience. We prefer the dry season to ensure that every day in this paradise is as perfect as we imagined, with the guarantee of radiant sun and a calm sea, ideal for exploring the reef or simply relaxing under a palm tree.
