The nearest airports to Playa Barra de Navidad are:

• Manzanillo International Airport (ZLO): This is the most practical option. It's about 30-40 minutes away by car. From there, we can take a taxi, a private transportation service, or rent a car to reach our destination.
• Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR): It's about 4-5 hours away by car. Although it's a more distant option, it can be useful if we find better flight connections or if we wish to travel along the Jalisco coast.

By Car

If we prefer the flexibility of traveling by car, Playa Barra de Navidad is accessible by road. From Guadalajara, the journey takes approximately 4-5 hours via federal highway 80. From Manzanillo, the trip is much shorter, taking federal highway 200. The roads are generally in good condition, offering varied landscapes that prepare us for the coastal beauty awaiting us.

By Bus

For travelers who prefer public transportation, there are bus services connecting major Mexican cities with Manzanillo, and from there, we can take a local bus or a taxi to Barra de Navidad. It's an economical option and allows us to enjoy the scenery without worrying about driving.
