By Car to Afionas

The most common way is to drive to Afionas. From the city of Corfu, the journey takes about an hour, depending on traffic. The roads are mostly good, although the last curves towards Afionas can be a bit narrow and steep. Once in Afionas, you'll find several parking areas (some paid, others free but more limited) where you can leave your vehicle. We recommend arriving early, especially in high season, as parking can be a challenge.

The Hike

From Afionas, the only way to reach the beach is on foot. It's a hike of approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace and physical condition. The path is dirt and stone, with some steep and slippery sections, especially if it has rained.
