By Car

If you're coming by car, the AP-7 motorway is the main route. You should take exit 39A towards the N-340 in the direction of L'Ampolla. Once in the town, the beach is very well signposted and you'll find several parking areas, both free and paid, nearby. We recommend arriving early in the high season to secure a good spot.

By Train

L'Ampolla has a train station that is part of the Renfe commuter line. From the station, the beach is a short walk away, about 10-15 minutes, allowing you to enjoy a pleasant stroll through the town before reaching the sand.

By Bus

There are bus lines connecting L'Ampolla with other nearby towns and cities like Tortosa or Tarragona. The main bus stop in the town is also a short distance from the beach, making access easy for those who prefer public transport.

All the beach services are operational and the atmosphere is vibrant. If you're looking for activity, busy 'chiringuitos', and a lively atmosphere, this is your time. However, it's also when the beach is most crowded, so we recommend going early to find a good spot.

Spring (April-May) and Autumn (October)

For us, these are the ideal seasons if you're looking for tranquility and pleasant temperatures without the summer bustle. The climate is mild, perfect for walking along the shore, sunbathing, and enjoying the peace of the sea. Although some services may be reduced, the beauty of the landscape and the calm more than make up for it. It's a fantastic time to explore the Ebro Delta area without the crowds.
