If we come by car, the AP-9 highway connects us directly to the city, with well-signposted exits towards the center. Once in Vilagarcía, the beach is easily recognizable and accessible from Avenida da Mariña, which borders much of its length. We find various parking areas, both free and paid, along the promenade and adjacent streets, which greatly facilitates the visit.

For those who prefer public transport, Vilagarcía de Arousa has a train station and a bus station, both with excellent connections to the main Galician cities and the rest of Spain. From these stations, Playa de Compostela is a distance that we can comfortably cover on foot in a few minutes, or by using the local taxi or urban bus services.
