Best Time to Visit

If you ask us what is the best time to visit Playa de l'Almadrava, our answer will depend a bit on what you're looking for. If your goal is to enjoy the sun and sea with maximum heat and a lively atmosphere, the months of July and August are ideal. That said, be prepared to find the beach more crowded, something common on Castellón beaches during the summer.

However, if you prefer a quieter experience, with equally pleasant temperatures but less crowds, we highly recommend late spring (May and June) or early autumn (September and October). During these times, the weather is still splendid, the water is perfect for swimming, and you'll have much more space for yourselves on the sand. We, personally, lean towards these shoulder seasons to fully enjoy the serenity that l'Almadrava offers.
