This international airport is located about 25 kilometers south of Golden Sands, which translates to a journey of approximately 30-40 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

From the airport, we have several options to reach our destination:

• Taxi: This is the most comfortable and direct option. We will find a taxi rank right outside the terminal. It's advisable to agree on the price with the driver before starting the trip or make sure the taximeter is working correctly. The cost usually ranges between 30 and 40 Bulgarian leva (BGN).

We can take bus number 409 from the airport to Varna's bus station and, from there, transfer to another bus (usually number 9 or 109) that will take us directly to Golden Sands. • Car Rental: If we prefer to have the freedom to explore the surroundings, renting a car is a great idea. At Varna Airport, we will find several car rental agencies. The E87 road connects us to Golden Sands quickly and efficiently, and the journey is very picturesque.
