How to Get to Cala Estreta

The most common starting point to access Cala Estreta is usually from the vicinity of other nearby and better-known coves, such as Cala Torta or Cala Mitjana. From these areas, where we can find some places to park the vehicle (often on dirt tracks or rudimentarily designated areas), a hiking trail begins that will lead us to our destination. It's essential to know that the path is not suitable for everyone; it requires good physical condition, appropriate footwear (forget flip-flops for the journey), and some preparation for walking under the sun, especially in the summer months. The water quality is so exceptional that visibility is perfect for snorkeling. In fact, it's one of the star activities in this cove. Armed with our masks and snorkels, we can explore a fascinating marine ecosystem, observing colorful fish, small rock formations, and the rich Posidonia oceanica seagrass, largely responsible for the purity of these waters.
