Getting to Playa del Torres is relatively straightforward, making it even more attractive. We always recommend planning the trip to make the most of the day.

By Car

If we come by car, the most comfortable option is to take the AP-7 (Mediterranean Highway) or the N-332. From Alicante, the journey takes about 20-25 minutes, and from Benidorm, just 10-15 minutes. We must take the Villajoyosa exit and follow the signs to 'El Torres' or 'Torre del Aguiló'. The beach is well signposted. Once there, we'll find nearby parking areas, although they can fill up quickly during high season. It's always advisable to arrive early to secure a good spot.

By Public Transport

For those who prefer public transport, the TRAM Metropolitano de Alicante is an excellent option. Line L1 (Alicante-Benidorm) has a stop at 'La Vila Joiosa'. From the station, we can take a local bus that brings us closer to the beach or, if we feel like a walk, walk for about 20-30 minutes, enjoying the coastal views. It's an ecological and relaxing way to arrive, avoiding parking stress.

On Foot or by Bicycle

If we're staying in Villajoyosa or El Campello, Playa del Torres is accessible on foot or by bicycle via coastal paths that offer spectacular views. It's a fantastic way to explore the surroundings and enjoy the landscape before diving into the sea.

The Sand and Water

One of the most distinctive features of Playa del Torres is its surface. Here, we encounter pleasant mixed sand, a combination of fine sand and small pebbles or stones.
