How to Get to Playa de la Zenia

Getting to Playa de la Zenia is relatively easy, given its excellent location and the good connections in the area. We usually recommend the car as the most comfortable option, especially if we plan to explore the surroundings. From Alicante or Murcia, the A-7 motorway or the AP-7 (toll road) will quickly bring us to the N-332, which runs parallel to the coast and will leave us just a step away from our destination. The signage is clear and we won't have any problems finding the turnoff towards Orihuela Costa and, specifically, towards Zenia.

By Car

• From Alicante: We take the AP-7 towards Cartagena or the A-7 and then the N-332. The journey takes approximately 45-50 minutes.
• From Murcia: We follow the A-7 towards Alicante and then the AP-7 towards Torrevieja/Cartagena or the N-332. The estimated time is about 30-40 minutes.

By Public Transport

If we prefer not to drive, there are bus lines connecting Playa de la Zenia with nearby towns like Torrevieja and the city of Orihuela itself. The nearest airports are Alicante-Elche (ALC) and Murcia-Corvera (RMU), both about 45-50 minutes away by car, with taxi services, private transfers, and car rentals available.
