How to Get to Playa de Sabón

By Private Car

The most comfortable and flexible option is by car. From A Coruña city, the journey is short, about 15-20 minutes. You need to take the AG-55 highway towards Carballo and then the exit towards Arteixo/Sabón. The signs to the beach are well marked. The beach has several free parking areas, although they can fill up quickly during summer weekends. We advise arriving early to secure a good spot.

By Public Transport

For those who prefer not to use a car, Playa de Sabón is also accessible by public transport. From A Coruña, there are intercity bus lines (Arriva company) connecting the city with Arteixo and its beaches. It's advisable to check the updated schedules, as they vary by season. The stops are usually within walking distance of the beach, ideal for a more relaxed and eco-friendly experience.

By Bicycle or Walking

For the more athletic or those staying in Arteixo, getting to Playa de Sabón by bicycle or on foot is a very pleasant option.
