Given its location, the most comfortable and flexible way to access it is by car. From Tirana, the journey takes approximately an hour and a half to two hours, depending on traffic and the exact route taken. Generally, you follow the main road towards Durrës and then turn off to the south, towards Kavajë. Once near Kavajë, there are signs, although they may be scarce, indicating the way to the beach.

By Private Car

We always recommend renting a car if you are coming from outside, as it gives you the freedom to explore not only Playa de Gjeneralit but also the surrounding areas. The main road is in good condition, but the last few kilometers to the beach may be unpaved or gravel roads, which adds a rustic touch to the experience. We have spent hours swimming and simply floating, enjoying the peace transmitted by this natural environment.
