How to Get to Playa de Puerto de Pollença

If we are coming from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), the most comfortable option is to rent a car, which will allow us to explore the island with complete freedom. The journey takes approximately 45-50 minutes, following the Ma-13 motorway towards Alcúdia and then taking the turn-off towards Port de Pollença. There are several public parking areas, both paid and free, although in high season it can be a challenge to find a spot close to the beach.

For those who prefer not to drive, there are excellent public transport connections. From Palma, we can take a TIB (Transport de les Illes Balears) bus that will drop us off directly in Puerto de Pollença. The buses are modern and comfortable, and the trip offers panoramic views of the island's interior. There are also taxi services and private transfers available from the airport and other towns. Once in Puerto de Pollença, the beach is easily accessible on foot from most accommodations, as it stretches along the entire seafront of the town.
