Getting to Cala de les Palmeretes is relatively easy, given its privileged location in El Campello, a municipality with excellent connections. We always recommend planning the route a little to avoid surprises, although in this case, the options are varied and accessible for most travelers.

By Private Car

If you're coming by car, from the city of Alicante, the journey is short and pleasant, following the N-332 heading north or taking the A-70 motorway and then the exit towards El Campello. Once in the municipality, the cove is well signposted. The main challenge can be finding parking, especially during the peak summer months (July and August). We advise you to arrive early to secure a good spot. There are parking areas on the streets adjacent to the beach, some of them paid (blue zone) and others free, although the latter tend to fill up quickly. There are also paid public car parks that can be a good alternative if you don't find a spot on the street.

By Public Transport

El Campello has an excellent public transport network that facilitates access to its beaches. The most popular and comfortable option is the TRAM Metropolitano de Alicante. Line L1 (Alicante-Benidorm) and L3 (Alicante-El Campello) have stops in the center of El Campello, such as 'El Campello' or 'Pla Barraques'. From these stops, Cala de les Palmeretes is a pleasant 10-15 minute walk away. The TRAM offers spectacular views of the coast, making the journey an experience in itself. Furthermore, it's an ecological option that allows us to forget about the stress of parking.
